Redesign of the company’s website. A comprehensive solution focused on recruitment. Modular web presentation for FPT Slovakia focused on conversion, created with the aim of increasing the recruitment process among students at universities in Košice.








Role and Responsibilities
As a Designer, I owned the full website design process — from analysing the brief and understanding the product portfolio, through information architecture, marketing, and high-fidelity delivery.
- Work closely with the HR and marketing team.
- Reviewed the design requirements document and audited the existing website.
- Created a new visual identity for FPT Slovakia focused on graduates and implement it for web, HR and marketing purposes.
UX/UI challenges
User Needs
I did a survey on how graduates are currently looking for jobs in corporate companies – I identified the main frustrations: long wait times for a response, no feedback.
Integration with Existing Systems
Compatibility with 3rd party HR systems.
Visual language
Designing effective and prominent visual language attractive for young graduates.
Design process

Ideation
Brainstormed solutions, analyzed user interviews and prioritized ideas.
Created mood boards rapid wireframes to envision the solution.
Design and prototyping
Defined a new visual and communication identity and designed architecture, screens and interface design.


Website design
I designed all the pages on the entire website – from the main page with BI’s key values, to the modules, success story templates, the about us page, and the career page.
Key Design Decisions

Success Stories
Who we are. What are we doing. Stories of successful company employees who worked on various projects, their career path to innovation and growth.

“Code” Language
Using text tags from various code frameworks in website design to reach the target group – IT graduates.

Minimalist Cartoon Style
We choose a simple style with cartoon illustrations and icons to appeal to the target audience and support the hiring processes of young professionals.

Outcome
We launched the website 3 month later. This project marked a new phase for the business, HR and marketing communication for FPT Slovakia.
